Shipping

Where do you ship?
We currently ship across India only.

How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. After that, delivery typically takes 5-10 business days depending on your location (metro cities are often faster; remote or rural pin codes may take a little longer). Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Is shipping free?
Yes, we offer free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹2,000. Orders below this amount are charged a flat shipping fee shown at checkout before you pay.

Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email/SMS.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return window?
You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of the delivery date. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it, with all tags and accessories included.

Are there items that can't be returned?
For hygiene and safety reasons, facial and skincare tools that contact the skin (e.g. gua sha, facial rollers, cleansing brushes), beauty devices, and any item marked as final sale at checkout cannot be returned once opened or used.

What if my item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item, and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

How do I start a return?
Email onelesstab.business@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we'll share the return address and next steps. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they ship. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and must follow the return process instead.
