Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with One Less Tab. We want you to love what you order. If something isn't right, here's how our refund and return process works.

Return Window

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it, with all tags and accessories included.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened or used: facial and skincare tools that contact the skin (e.g. gua sha, facial rollers, cleansing brushes), beauty devices, and any item marked as final sale at checkout.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

How to Start a Return

Email us at tyagi.nishant701@hotmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will share the return address and next steps. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to reflect the refund.

Exchanges

If you would prefer an exchange instead of a refund, let us know when you start your return and we will arrange it, subject to stock availability.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are shipped. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and must instead follow the return process above.
