This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your One Less Tab order.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a separate email with tracking information once it ships. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Destinations & Timeframes

We currently ship across India only. Estimated delivery times after processing are typically 5-10 business days depending on your location, though metro cities are often faster. Remote or rural pin codes may take a little longer.

Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹2,000. Orders below this amount are charged a flat shipping fee shown at checkout before you pay.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email/SMS so you can follow its journey to your door.

Delays

Occasionally, shipments are delayed due to courier network disruptions, weather, or high-demand periods (like sale events). We'll do our best to keep you informed if your order is running behind schedule.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, or if your package appears lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days so we can investigate with the courier and arrange a resolution.

Multiple Items, Multiple Packages

Because we work with multiple suppliers, items from the same order may occasionally arrive in separate packages and on different days. You will not be charged extra for this.
