Care and cleaning

Lift the tray off the base and hand wash the tray with warm soapy water. Wipe the bearing base with a damp cloth only — do not soak it or put it in the dishwasher, as water in the bearing makes the rotation stiff and gritty. Dry fully before reassembling.
