Bluetooth FM Transmitter Car Kit

Older cars without built-in Bluetooth can still get hands-free calling and wireless music. This transmitter plugs into the 12V socket, broadcasts to an empty FM frequency on your car stereo, and charges two devices while it works.

Setup tip

Pick an FM frequency that carries nothing but static in your area, set the car stereo and the transmitter to the same number, then pair your phone. A genuinely empty frequency is what gives you clean audio, so it is worth trying two or three.

Care

Wipe with a dry cloth. Do not rinse or submerge. Unplug it when leaving the car parked for long periods so it does not draw from the battery on vehicles whose socket stays live.
