Getting your pet used to it

Run the unit in the room for a few minutes without touching your pet, so the sound stops being new. Then start on the back and flanks on the lowest suction setting. Avoid the face, ears, belly and paws. Keep the first few sessions short and end them before your pet gets restless.

Care and cleaning

Empty the canister after every session. Wash the filter under running water every few uses and let it dry fully for 24 hours before refitting — a damp filter kills suction and strains the motor. Attachments can be rinsed; the motor unit and cord must never be rinsed or submerged. Unplug before cleaning.
