A stainless steel rack that takes the whole after-dinner load and keeps the puddle off your counter — the drainboard funnels water straight back into the sink instead of pooling underneath.

Care and cleaning
Lift out the drainboard and rinse it every few days. Wipe the steel frame dry rather than letting it sit wet — in hard-water areas, mineral deposits are what eventually mark stainless steel, and a weekly wipe with diluted vinegar clears them. Do not use steel wool or abrasive scourers on the frame, as scratching the surface is what lets rust start.
